What the Horse Racing Nation is talking about...

Drifted to around 12-1, 14-1 with various UK Bookmakers today for the Classic, backed into around 2/1 & 5/2 second favourite for the Distaff. I am expecting a 'Official Announcement' by the weekend that she will be running in the Distaff. She WON'T be in the Classic folks, I guarantee you that.
I reckon Bob Baffert and his horses are more 'juiced up' than his Wrestling doppelganger Ric Flair.
Did anyone see that they are selling Smokey the pony? http://www.ranchworldads.com/classified.php?listing=127519&fbclid=IwAR3Njf4OpcxltEUIrKnNPMXjfyNRx3d11Rqx-CyfIC1pDJh4hGy5BTWR4Pg
Very strong reports on "Kameko" today from his connections, he's training great and he's ready to roll, he should be very hard to beat in the BC Mile, take those odds now people, before they come tumbling down!!!! :-)

happy retirement bubba!!
Standing at Pleasant Acres farm in Florida for 2021
If this horse goes to the BC Juv, he could throw it down with Jackie's Warrior early (especially since Classier is stretching out 2 furlongs), setting it up for a closer like Sittin On Go (who I already liked, but nowso even more).
  • pointgiven23 via Disqus · How much of the speed he showed in the debut was due to post position? Breaking from the rail he had no choice especially with a big horse. He wasn't run off and didn't really set fractions that would make him look speed crazy. Imagine he'll show speed regardless since its Baffert and you can't change anything in 12 days. · 4 hours ago

  • No Class · Awesome story! That is how it should be in Horse racing. Two champions duking it out to the wire. My heart was with Giant Causeway but there was no denying how great and special Tiznow was. That heart and will to win is hard to find. · 1 hour ago
Nice to see a horse doing so well that wasn't a six figure purchase. I like his pedigree, and I don't distance being as big an issue as some people have said. He's talented no doubt. He has a ton of speed but his scope and stride look to me like it will carry him around two turns. 10F? Who knows, but I don't see the the Juvenile being an issue. I've watched him work, he has a beautiful stride and nice head carriage. He will be tough, not untouchable but tough for sure. He's yet to face an adverse field so it's hard to say how good he really is but so far he's doing great. It should shape up to be a good race.
Nice to see him back. Settle him down going forward as he looked very eager to run.
He's got a winner!
Looked incredible. That is exactly what you want to see, a super tight hold, on the muscle and still running by multiple horses that are not even under a hold. I remember when Game Winner came back and did something like 38 in his first work, and although he looked physically better at 4, he just was not the same animal as before. This Charlatan looks bigger, more fulled out, more mature, and still has the great brain and tenacity. Any horse running 12 second furlongs under that type of hold atleast wants more. https://www.xbtv.com/video/charlatan/charlatan-worked-3-furlongs-in-36-40-at-santa-anita-park-on-october-26th-2020/

First winner for 1st crop sire BIG BLUE KITTEN!! Beautiful run by Miss Adeline at Churchill Downs under jockey Edgar Morales. She fought hard down the stretch and prevailed by a neck. Congrats Big Blue
So I am hearing Chrome may have some BC runners...stay tuned for the announcements on Wednesday y'all !!
What a great performance first time by out by Classier. Although I don't like his name, I do quite like his pedigree-as well as that performance. I think he will have a hard time winning the BCJ-unless if he is a true talented age 2 horse (which he might be-but Jackie's Warrior is very tough competition)
