What the Horse Racing Nation is talking about...

Gamine should go in the Derby and Preakness...we'll see.
Is this clearly a foul in the personal ensign stakes to Midnight Bisou? For me it clearly is and maybe could explain her unexpected lose in Saratoga. Despiste this problem, I think she tan very well this carreer and that she deserves more praise for her performance rather than hate and lamentations because one lose doesn’t mean that she isn’t an excellent or extraordinary horse anymore. But idk how fouls in horseracing are Dealed in Saratoga Any thoughts about this ? PD: Congrats to Vexatious and her connections
Cezanne is an overrated horse and nothing else.
To put into perspective Weight differences between Vexatious and Midnight Bisou (Personal Ensign) (120 lbs-124 lbs) Vs Weight differences between Monomoy Girl and Vexatious (120=120) Anyway, the se three mares are stunning and would be beautiful if they run together in a classic.
Happy retirement bud!

Tom Drury says everything fell into place as Art Collector became a Kentucky Derby contender.Read More
  • H.A. Goodman via Disqus · Should be a walkover if Art Collector stays to form and no other horses jump forward. This is a weird year tho, and the very idea Art Collector is even in this situation seemed preposterous around the time the Derby usually is. It'd be nice to se Bernardini get a Derby winner, for he definitely doesn't have much more time. · 5 hours ago
Cezanne will make his next start in The Pat Day Mile on Derby Day.

  • DanielAlva8 · Interesting. Probably the right spot and right thing for the horse. I think him missing out on the Derby - as much as that may pain the Coolmore lads - will be a blessing in disguise. Maybe if he takes this race it could set him up for the Preakness. · 5 hours ago
  • H.A. Goodman via Disqus · Very nice. There is no denying this guy was an absolute beast at the mile the other day. He reminds me of West Coast a great deal - very similar build, big horse, straight bay, late bloomer, god speed, etc. With all things considered, Cezanne may have been the biggest surprise of this past weekend: 101 Beyer in his third race and only had 2 months of fitness and racing underneath him. · 5 hours ago
Tiz the Law owners see very few weaknesses in the colt heading into Saturday's Travers Stakes.Read More
  • Truth Seeker via Disqus · “If you look at his three races this year, he’s won each of those convincingly,” Knowlton said during the call. “3 1/4, 3 1/2, 4 1/4 lengths. And Manny, Manny Franco, our jockey hasn’t really had to get after him to get him to win those races.” ............. The wins were convincing because Tiz The Law didn't beat anyone good....that's all changing would surely be a heart warming story if it happened but its most likely not going to happen...look on the bright side, you already won the Belmont Stakes and the Florida Derby....that's something..... · 6 hours ago

Jackie's Warrior - Solid looking colt that won impressively last out over Therideofalifetime who exited that race and won by over 8 lengths next out. He is working very good for his next start in the G2 Saratoga Special. I'm expecting a big effort from him. He will need it in order to beat his stablemate Cazadero and Therideofalifetime.
The owner is Walsh Racing LLC -- and if the racer enters the starting gate in Sunday's (08/09) Ellis Park will be the third career start (06/07 MSW 1st // 07/08 AOC // 2nd). Railbirds who dabble in numerology should see a pattern.
Out of training for 60 days.
